Chocolate Bouchons


  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (I use Nestle)
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips ( I used Enjoy Life Mini Chocolate Chips)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup oil


  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients and the chocolate chips together.
  3. Add the oil and water and mix well, but don’t over-do it or you’ll have bricks.
  4. Spoon batter into your Bouchon molds!
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the top is no longer shiny. Let cool before trying to cut or they’ll crumble apart.
