Chocolate Icing

This simple dairy-free chocolate icing comes together quickly. You can make this while the cake cools.




  1. In a medium saucepan, bring the margarine, cocoa, dairy-free milk, and vanilla to a boil.
  2. Remove from the heat and add the powdered sugar and whisk until all the sugar is blended in.
  3. Pour over top of the nearly cooled chocolate cake.
